Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and German Civil Code (§ 312g (2) BGB), there is generally no right of withdrawal for construction services that:
are performed on-site,
are individually planned,
begin at the explicit request of the customer, or
involve customized work that cannot be returned.
Since KEMRA Bauunternehmen e.K. provides individual, location‑based construction services, the right of withdrawal does not apply in most cases.
However, for transparency, we provide the legally required template below for situations where a withdrawal right may apply (e.g., non‑customized remote service agreements).
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, provided that a statutory right of withdrawal exists for your specific contract.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g., an email or a letter sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal notice.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Your right of withdrawal expires early if:
the service has been fully performed by us, and
you explicitly requested that we begin the service before the withdrawal period ends, and
you acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed.
This applies in particular to construction services, which are typically customized and performed on-site.
